ChemClock is a process computer for home film labs. Kick the guesswork out of development by starting with a built-in library of 30 film/developer pairs, entering your chemistry's real temperature to get time adjustments, and building a step-by-step sequence with agitation nudges and voice alerts. All calculations happen on your iPhone—data stays in SwiftData, runs work on the Lock Screen, and one tap exports a red-light reference card for the darkroom.

01

Start with the Seed Library

30 film/developer pairs, filterable by ISO, developer, and dilution. Your go-to combos are always a couple taps away.

02

Temperature-Compensated Times

Tell ChemClock the actual temperature of your chemistry and get a corrected development time using the standard adjustment formula.

03

Build Your Sequence

Assemble pre-soak, develop, stop, fix, rinse—set duration, agitation cadence, and an alert sound for every step. Reorder freely.

04

Dilution & Volume Math

Enter any dilution ratio and tank size (35mm, 120, 4x5) to get precise stock and water amounts, down to the milliliter.

05

Glanceable Live Run

Start a run and put your phone aside. The Lock Screen widget shows the current step and time remaining, with haptics and voice cues at every change.

06

PDF Cheat Sheet

Export a one-page, red-light-friendly reference card with your film, times, dilution, and agitation notes—perfect for taping to the wall.
